Babiker-1992 has these listed as phonon-polaritons. There are both s- and p-polarized TO-phonons. In Ridley-ACB-1994 p11702 the s-polarized ones are said to have zero E-field everywhere. Babiker-1992 (B56) calls these the 'guided s and p phonon-polaritons'.
There are 'interface TO-phonons' (evanescent phonons) as well in energy ranges where k_T is imaginary. These are also called the IP-phonons (FK-phonon) WARNING: THIS IS NOT CERTAIN.
